Gnuk version 2.1 is released.

This is a new stable release of version 2 series.

Major changes are:

• New: Ed448 and X448 support.
• Removal of RSA support.
• Removal of NIST P-256 support.
• Removal of highly experimental pinpad support.
• Removal of old test.
• Replace AES implementation for encrypting secret keys on flash.
• Change of authentication for firmware upgrade.
• Upgrade of Chopstx to 2.5

Basically, many removal of old code. Please note that RSA has gone (as well as NIST P-256).
